Soft Fresh Goat cheese with herbs pairs well with herbal gins. Already seasoned, this cheese helps save on preparation time.

Marinate the cherry tomato halves in balsamic vinegar to add some sweetness and acidity.

Feta Cheese and Tequila smash

Salty Feta cheese and tequila are a match made in heaven. The addition of mint and watermelon to the skewer brings freshness while creating a tantalizing texture contrast.

Simplify preparation by cutting the watermelon and Feta cheese into 1⁄2 inch thick slices. Coat watermelon pieces with mint and pepper. Stack the Feta cheese and watermelon slices before cutting into square portions, then thread onto the skewer.

Cheese curds and Rum & Coke

With their squeaky texture and delicate taste, cheese curds add a nice contrast to this cocktail. Available in different sizes and convenient formats such as portion-controlled bags to prevent waste.

Coat cheese curds with breadcrumbs, lemon zest, garlic, and oregano. Fry until golden brown. Serve with a wedge of fresh lime to be squeezed over the bites.

Aged Cheddar cheese and Scotch served neat

Aged Cheddar cheese has a sharp hazelnut taste that goes well with older, smokier whiskies.

Almonds tossed in paprika are a great way to add crunch and a smoky kick to this recipe. You can also replace figs with dates.

La Sauvagine Cheese and Aperol spritz

With its rustic taste and melty, buttery mouthfeel, La Sauvagine cheese perfectly offsets the bittersweet taste of the Aperol.

Serve a wedge of La Sauvagine cheese atop a slightly toasted bite-size slice of sourdough bread. Drizzle with olive oil and honey. Add toasted almonds. For a richer taste, replace honey with maple syrup.
