Our Vitalite shreds are featured in this mouth-watering pizza, combining trending ingredients, for a vegan pie that is guaranteed to please the crowds.
Spread some vegan garlic sauce over a pizza dough and sprinkle with our Vitalite Plant-Based Mozzarella Flavoured Shreds. Top with wild mushroom confit, caramelized onions, charred broccoli florets and slivered almonds. Once the pizza is out of the oven, garnish with our Vitalite Plant-Based Parmesan Flavoured Extra-Fine Shreds and fresh sprigs of Italian parsley.
Go one step beyond: Prepare the vegan garlic sauce by making a roux with sautéed garlic and almond beverage, before smoothing with an immersion blender. On medium-low heat, add our Vitalite Plant-Based Mozzarella Flavoured Shreds, 25g of nutritional yeast and cook until thick. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
