If you already offer risotto on the menu, you can propose a vegan variation using our plant-based Parmesan flavoured extra-fine shreds.Start your risotto with mushroom stock seasoned with garlic and thyme. Once the rice is cooked al dente, remove from the heat and add in Plant-Based Parmesan Flavoured Extra-Fine Shreds. Stir and garnish with green onions.
