This savoury inspiration is a clever way to add a delicious vegan option to your menu. Plant-Based Mozzarella Flavoured Shreds add a bright, slightly tangy flavour that perfectly complements the fresh vegetables. Spread pizza sauce over a 14” stretched cauliflower pizza dough. Add baby spinach on top with about 120 g of Plant-Based Mozzarella Flavoured Shreds and cover with quartered artichokes, orange bell peppers, red onions, plus a few halved Kalamata olives and cherry tomatoes. Once baked, garnish with torn basil and ground chili peppers. Allow the pizza to settle for about 5 minutes before serving.
