  • 1 cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 Egg

Breakfast Burger

  • 2x2 ounces Ground Beef
  • ½ tsp Salt, to taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper, to taste
  • 1 slice Process Cheddar Cheese Yellow Ribbon Slices

Fried Egg

  • 1 Egg, fried

Garnish

  • 2 Pancakes
  • 3 pieces Pickles, sliced
  • 3 pieces Bacon, cooked
  • 5 pieces Jalapeños, sliced
  • 2 ounces Maple Syrup

Directions

  1. Cook off the burger patties. Sear it on both sides and set it aside.
  2. Top your cooked burgers with Process Cheddar Cheese Yellow Ribbon Slices. Broil for 2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  3. For the pancakes, sift flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together in a large bowl.
  4. Make a well in the center and add milk, yogurt, melted butter, and egg; mix until smooth.
  5. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake; cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, about 2 to 3 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.
  7. For the fried egg, crack egg into a pan on medium-heat and fry until desired liking.
  8. For Assembly, use the pancake as a base and top with bacon, burger, pickles, egg, fresh jalapeños and a pancake. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
