Pizza Dip

A mouth-watering blend of Pizza Mozzarella Cheese, tangy sauce, pepperoni, and Swiss Cheese are baked to perfection with pizza dough rolls that have been leveled up with garlic butter and Grated Parmesan Cheese. Add this shareable delight to your menu for a fun twist that’ll keep your customers coming back for more.

Ingredients

  • 1 ballPizza Dough
  • 25 g Garlic Butter
  • A pinch Parsley, minced
  • A large pinch Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • A pinch Red Chili Flakes

Base

  • 75 g Cream Cheese
  • 75 g Sour Cream
  • 75 g Swiss Cheese Shred
  • A pinch Italian seasoning
  • 50 ml Pizza sauce

Topping

  • 25 ml Pizza Sauce
  • 15 slices Pepperoni
  • 50 g Pizza Mozzarella Cheese Shred

Directions

  1. Divide the pizza dough ball into around twelve pieces and shape them into small balls.
  2. Place the pizza dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush them with garlic butter, let them rise for approximately 30 minutes, then bake in a 200ºC oven until they turn golden brown.
  3. Combine the ingredients for the base in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Spread the base on the bottom of a cast iron skillet, then add the toppings.
  5. Bake the pizza dip in a 200ºC oven until it's bubbling and melted, which usually takes about 15-20 minutes.
  6. Take it out of the oven and arrange the pizza dough balls around the edges for dipping.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley, parmesan, and chili flakes for garnish.
