Our deluxe malfalda are made from 100% Canadian Grade No.1 durum wheat semolina. Also known as Reginette, they are flat and 1" wide and pair nicely with thick, rich, creamy and meaty sauces.
Our elbow macaroni are made from 100% Canadian Grade No.1 durum wheat semolina. Traditionally used in soups, they are also perfect for macaroni & cheese dishes and make for a great pasta salad.
Our fettucine are made from 100% Canadian Grade No.1 durum wheat semolina. Thick, flat, and long , this pasta can withstand extremely robust sauces and is most commonly paired with Alfredo sauce.
Our fusilli are made from 100% Canadian Grade No.1 durum wheat semolina. Generally served with thicker sauces, fusilli can also be baked or used in salads with creamier dressings.
