Our deluxe malfalda are made from 100% Canadian Grade No.1 durum wheat semolina. Also known as Reginette, they are flat and 1" wide and pair nicely with thick, rich, creamy and meaty sauces.

Our elbow macaroni are made from 100% Canadian Grade No.1 durum wheat semolina. Traditionally used in soups, they are also perfect for macaroni & cheese dishes and make for a great pasta salad.

Our fettucine are made from 100% Canadian Grade No.1 durum wheat semolina. Thick, flat, and long , this pasta can withstand extremely robust sauces and is most commonly paired with Alfredo sauce.

Our fusilli are made from 100% Canadian Grade No.1 durum wheat semolina. Generally served with thicker sauces, fusilli can also be baked or used in salads with creamier dressings.

Our linguine is made from 100% Canadian Grade No.1 durum wheat semolina. Thick, flat and long, this pasta is thinner than fettuccine and can be paired with a variety of sauces.

Mafalda 1/2"

Mafalda 1/2"

Made from 100% Canadian Grade No.1 durum wheat semolina, our mafalda provide the highest level of protein and low levels of starch. Also known as Reginette, they are flat and 1/2"wide and pair nicely with a more delicate sauce.

Made from 100% Canadian Grade No.1 durum wheat semolina, our orzo is perfect for hot soups or cold pasta salads, it can also be used as an alternative for rice as a side dish or stuffing.

Our penne rigate is made from 100% Canadian Grade No.1 durum wheat semolina. Known to be one of the most famous Italian pasta shapes, it compliments chunkier meat or vegetable-based sauces, or even baked casserole dishes.

Pennine Rigate

Our pennine rigate are made from 100% Canadian Grade No.1 durum wheat semolina. Thinner than the classic penne rigate, these are great in soups, ragus and even baked dishes.

Rigatoni

Our rigatoni are made from 100% Canadian Grade No.1 durum wheat semolina. Their large diameter and ridges allow to hold sauces well which make them perfect for lighter sauces.

Rotini

Our rotini are made from 100% Canadian Grade No.1 durum wheat semolina. This corkscrew-shaped pasta is similar to fusilli but has a tighter spiral. A great choice for pasta salads and also excellent with various sauces.

Spaghetti

Our spaghetti are made from 100% Canadian Grade No.1 durum wheat semolina. Possibly the most classic cut of pasta, these long strands are traditionally used with tomato sauces, fresh vegetables or with fish.

Spaghettini

Made from 100% Canadian Grade No.1 durum wheat semolina, our spaghettini provide the highest level of protein and low levels of starch. This smaller form of spaghettini is very delicate and is best served with light sauces.
