Ingredients

  • 1 each Neapolitan-Style Pizza Dough Ball
  • 75 ml Pizza Sauce
  • 75 g Friulano Cheese, shredded
  • 75 g Caciocavallo Cheese, shredded
  • 75 g 20% Pizza Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 75 g Fior di Latte Cheese, sliced
  • 10 g Basil Leaves, torn

Directions

  1. On a floured surface, stretch the dough to form a 20 cm round shape, then evenly spread the tomato sauce, leaving a 2 cm border around the edge.
  2. Evenly distribute all the different cheeses over the pizza.
  3. Bake until cooked – the cooking time may vary depending on the oven type.
  4. After baking, sprinkle torn basil leaves over the pizza as a garnish.
  5. Slice the pizza and serve.
