Directions
In a mixing bowl, add chopped walnuts, diced tomatoes, diced shallots, roasted eggplant pulp, diced red peppers, scallions, jalapeños, italian parsley, garlic puree, and pepper puree.Add the mix to a thin-crust pizza base. Top with Vitalite Plant-Based Mozzarella Flavoured Shreds.
